Making education more accessible to all

We welcome you to apply for our bursary if you:

  • Are a student aged 13-19 years old who is a Singaporean or Permanent Resident.
  • Live or study within the Serangoon or Hougang area.
  • Gross Monthly Per Capita Household Income (PCI) should not exceed $950.

Some Key Information about the Bursary

  • Bursary award is $500 for students aged 13-16 years old, and $700 for students aged 17-19 years old.
  • Application for 2026 bursaries opens from August to September 2026
  • The award will be disbursed in 2 tranches.
  • Only one application per household.
