ESG – Social

Bless Community Services is a social service agency (IPC) set up to support the well-being of youth, adults, elderly and families in the community, through its Seniors Connect, Community Connect and Youth Connect programmes and services.

 

  • Senior Connect:
    • We conduct Active Ageing programmes for seniors to help them live healthily in their silver years (To know more, click here!)
    • We promote Productive Ageing among seniors through our SWEE Club. Our SWEE Club seeks to promote Senior wellness, senior engagement and senior empowerment. (To know more, click here!)
  • Community Connect:Â
    • We perform door-to-door visits three to four times a year to check on the welfare of the residents living in the Serangoon North HDB district. We connect especially with the vulnerable residents living alone to support them.
    • We provide highly subsidised counselling services to family and individuals. (To know more, click here!)
    • We serve the poor and needy through our Neighbourhood Assistance Fund and Food Support Initiative programmes.
    • We manage five temporary night shelters for the homeless and rough sleepers.(To know more click here!)
  • Youth Connect:
    • We believe it is important to provide youths with a safe space to discover their potential and a place where they can find a sense of belonging. Whether our programmes take the form of sports, academic coaching or the arts, our undergirding principles remain the same. (To know more click here!)
    • We provide education bursary for primary and secondary school students from low income family. (To know more, click here!)
