History and Milestones
Founded in 2008, Bless Community Services (BCS) is a voluntary welfare organization set up to support the well-being of children, youth, adults, elderly and families in the community.
2023
- Received The President’s Certificate of Commendation (PCC) team award for “Contributions for Partners Engaging and Empowering Rough Sleepers (PEERS) Network and Safe Sound Sleeping Place (S3P)”
- June :
Launch of SWEE Club for Seniors Connect
Launch of GRIT Club for Youth Connect

- Received Star Partner Award (Public Sector Transformation Awards)
- July :
Operated our 2nd S3P at Gospel Light Christian Church
Operated our 3rd S3P at Inspire Community Services

- Received MSF Community Cares Award (Volunteer and Partners Award)

Started Food Support Initiative
2020
- February :
Renewal of IPC status from 22 February 2020 to 21 February 2021 - October :
Started the Neighbourhood Assistance Fund (NAF), an emergency/short term financial relief fund

Launch of Bless Wellness Centre
Obtained Institution of a Public Character (IPC) status on 22nd February - March :
Launch of active ageing programmes - November :
Operates S3P@YCKC (night shelter for homeless and rough sleepers) - December :
